Nothing Was “Broken.”
But I Was Flying Blind.
If you’re on Evolve right now and quietly wondering whether staying makes sense, I get it. Most owners don’t stay because everything is perfect. They stay because leaving feels risky. Reviews, bookings, guest communication. You don’t want to break something you don’t fully understand.
I lived in that tension longer than I should have.
I couldn’t see guest conversations. I didn’t know how issues escalated. I was asked to respond to reviews without any context. I had all the responsibility and none of the visibility.
This isn’t a pitch. This isn’t “leave Evolve and come to us.” Leaving isn’t always the right move. But if you’re going to make that decision, you should at least see clearly first.
